This is a PHYSICAL PRODUCT: a hat-burning design pre-printed in sublimation ink on sublimation paper and shipped to you. It is not a digital download. (Images in photos are purposely shown in lower quality; your pre-printed version will be high quality.)
Iron the design onto your hat, then burn over the lines, paint it in, or decorate it however you like. No plastic wrap, no carbon paper, no water-soluble stabilizer, and no freehand tracing.
WHAT YOU GET
• Your chosen design, printed in two halves on 13 × 19 in sublimation sheets, with a slight overlap so the halves line up seamlessly
• Sized for wide-brim hats, about 14.25 × 15.5 in across the brim
• Already printed in reverse, so it transfers the right way around

WHAT YOU NEED (not included)
✔ A hat or item that’s at least 60% polyester, such as a vegan suede hat
✔ A craft iron or mini iron that heats to 385°F
✔ Heat-resistant tape
⚠️ Please read before ordering
• Sublimation only bonds to polyester. It will not work on wool felt or natural-fiber hats.
• Sublimation ink is permanent once transferred.
• Each sheet is a one-time transfer.
• Some household irons don’t reach 385°F. A craft or mini iron is recommended.
